Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Flowlo, including the website and desktop app. By using Flowlo, you agree to them.
The service
Flowlo is a workspace for notes, Flows, projects, todo lists, and shared work. We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. The service is provided for personal and business organization; it is not a replacement for professional, legal, medical, financial, or emergency-record systems.
Your account
You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for activity that occurs through it. Use accurate account information and keep your password and any device access secure. Notify us promptly at support@flowlo.me if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you create in Flowlo. You give Flowlo the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up, and transmit that content solely to operate and improve the service for you and the people with whom you choose to share it.
Sharing and collaboration
You control whether to share a space, project, or file. You are responsible for choosing the correct role and for the people you invite. Do not share confidential material through a public link unless you accept that anyone who receives that link can view it. You may revoke sharing where Flowlo provides that control.
Acceptable use
Do not use Flowlo to violate law, infringe others’ rights, distribute malware, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or store or share content that is unlawful or harmful. We may suspend or remove access when reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or our legal obligations.
Optional lock
Flowlo’s four-digit lock is a convenience interface barrier, not encryption. You are responsible for remembering it. If you forget it, recovery may require permanent deletion of locked work. Do not rely on it as the sole protection for highly sensitive information.
Availability and backups
We work to keep Flowlo reliable, but the service may be unavailable, delayed, or contain errors. Maintain a separate copy of important work. Offline edits sync when a connection is available, but network failures or conflicting changes can require your review.
Disclaimers and liability
Flowlo is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowlo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the service.
Changes and termination
We may update these terms by posting a revised version here. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms. You may stop using Flowlo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these terms or to protect the service.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Wisconsin, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@flowlo.me.
These terms are a clear launch baseline, not a substitute for legal counsel. Have a lawyer review them before a broad public launch or paid plans.
